Over the years, various members of the LHRS have been collecting the oral histories of some of our local people…from those who are ‘three generations in the graveyard’ families, to newer arrivals who have come from near and far to make Little River their home.
We’ll be adding people’s stories to this page on a regular basis and promoting new stories via our Facebook page, the Little River News Review and local noticeboard so as many people as possible have the opportunity to enjoy them.
If you would like to contribute your story, we’d love to hear from you. We are also particularly interested in old family photos that you’d like to share – we will scan and copy these at your home so they are never out of your possession.
